My hair was just tooooooo long! It had to go. I have to say though, now that its gone, I'm going to kinda miss that long hair :)

Happy (almost) 18th Birthday Dean

(one of) My Baby Brothers is turning 18 on Saturday, and to celebrate, we threw a Surprise Party!!! The family came over for a planned family dinner, and Dean's friends stelthly arrived to surprise him with THE GAME TRUCK (as stealth as a BIG GAME TRUCK can be :) )!

Story Book Land... Where stories come true!

I've waited all summer for a chance to go to Story Book Land! When I was a child, my grandparents took me to Story Book Land, and now with Logan and Hayden, I couldn't wait any longer to visit! Boy was it worth the wait! Such a perfect place for Logan!

We were joined by Poppop (my dad) and Uncle Mark (my brother).

3 weeks went by so fast! We are all so glad to have met Celine! We hope to see her again soon!

Meet Celine!

This month, we were lucky to welcome Celine into our home for three weeks. Celine arrived on July 31 and is staying till August 20. So far she has visited DC, traveled to Philadelphia and Atlantic City, been to a Nationals game, shopping, and hanging out with me and the boys. With only a week left, she'll be going to Luray caverns, the zoo, the aquarium, more shopping, etc, etc. We have all loved having her here. Here are just a few pictures!

Philadelphia!

This weekend, we took Celine, our French student, to Philadelphia and Atlantic City. What a fun weekend! VA -> DC -> MD -> DE -> PA -> NJ and back!
